Follow these tips while trying to quit in order to have the right mindset:


1. Don’t quit by trying to reduce smoking to a certain number or brand. Smoking just a few cigarettes a day hurts your health. Reducing the amount of cigarettes without stopping completely inevitably leads to smoking the same amount again.
