Review: Gamucci is an example of how complacent companies can sometimes lose their edge in a market. It is one of the oldest brands, and we remember seeing it on a news report when electronic cigarettes were just starting to come to the U.S. in 2008. But since then Gamucci’s e-cigs have had a lot of problems, and the customer service seems to have absolutely disappeared. We have tried to contact them on a number of occasions without success. While you’ll likely still be able to purchase these e-cigs online, you probably won’t get much more support than that. Gamucci has many different products, (including an e-cigar!), but we’re only personally familiar with their two best sellers;The Classic starter kit with accessories, and a disposable version called the “Continental.” You should note in our calculations below that while the price is lower on the Continental, the cost per smoke is much higher, so that just like all e-cigs, it is always cheaper to get a full starter kit. The disposable is basically meant for people who want a fun toy to go out with for a night. I’ve heard a lot of criticism on Gamucci’s earlier e-cigs based on charger and cartridge quality. They very well may have improved these problems, but again, they’re out of contact with us. So in case we were unclear, we don’t recommend this product due to its all-around poor service. There is, however, another company that provides very similar products AND good consumer satisfaction. For customers that were looking for Gamucci because of a unique item like the e-cigar, or the disposable, we recommend you check out the Premium Ecigarette. Taste: Gamucci has so many products that it would take forever to define all tastes here. Most of the recent feedback we’ve received indicates that the draw is a bit lighter than other e-cigs.
Cartridge Value: A Gamucci cartridge equals 16 cigarettes – here’s the math:
- $0.13/smoke: 5 @ $10.50 (For Micro E-Cig)
- $1.60/smoke: 1 @ $14.99 Yikes! (For the Disposable)
Battery Value: Gamucci’s battery life is probably on the low side, working for at most 1/2 day, but the starter kits come with two. The company claims it can last anywhere from 150-400+ puffs depending on the smoker’s habit.
Results: Gamucci’s product once showed some promise, but the company clearly isn’t making any efforts to improve it or customer satisfaction. Buyers are better off choosing another more vital company to work with such as Premium Ecigarette reviewed below.

Hello Gamucci, I tried the e cig. for the first time with your brand. I am very disappointed in them. there is no way that one cartridge lasts for 180-200 puffs. I am lucky to get 50 puffs out of one. I don’t draw hard either. the starter kit had only 1 cig. & as much as you have to charge the battery it’s a real pain. I have to smoke a reg. cig while it charges for 2 hrs. Also when you put in a new cartridge you have to puff about 10 times before it starts to work. I am going to look for a better brand because they certainly help to stay off the real cigs. but I feel that your cigs. could be better. At least give 2 cigs per starter kit.& do more research on the cartridges for length of smoke. Thanks.

Bought the Gamucci disposable and enjoyed it, so went ahead and purchased a start kit which only lasted for one night.Its a very dissappointing product.What a waste of money. I’m sure there are others out there that do perform well hoping to find one.

A group of us play poker in my basement with our Gamucci cigars. We call ourselves the Gamooch Mafia. Best thing is we can smoke them literally all night and the wife doesn’t mind at all – No complaints! Badabing!
